The accommodation is laid out with the lounges upstairs to take best advantage
of the beautiful views. The barns face south west, enjoying beautiful sunsets
and are only 150 yards from open moorland with plenty of walks and historic
landmarks to visit. <br>

<p>• All properties have O.F.C.H (electric woodburning stove in Hayloft).<br>

First £5 of electricity, remainder by £1 coin meter.<br>
•
There is a TV and Video in each lounge.<br>
•
The kitchens are equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
microwave and washer/dryer. <br>
•
Bed linen (duvets) is provided. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available.<br>
•
Towel hire is available.<br>
•
Each barn has a patio and garden furniture.<br>
•
Car parking for 2 cars per barn.</p>

We provide a welcome pack of milk, Free Range eggs from our own hens and bread.</p>

We welcome well behaved dogs in the Hayloft and the Dairy. We have a field
where you can exercise your dog or, if you prefer, we are only 150 yards
from open moorland with miles of walks and plenty of historic sites to visit.<br>

<p>Beautifully situated on Bodmin Moor close to ancient monuments and within
a short drive of the Eden Project and the south coast, Hopsland Farm is an
ideal holiday base for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Cornwall. <br>
Minions Mining Heritage Centre <br>

Hopsland Barns are surrounded by wonderful walks on Bodmin Moor. The Cheesewring,
the Minions Mining Heritage Centre, Golitha Falls and Trethevy Quoit are all
close by.<br>

Nearby Siblyback Lake offers trout fishing and many watersports. Two local
riding stables offer moorland hacks and riding lessons. Our guests are eligible
for half price green fees <br>
(subject to booking conditions) at the international golf course at St Mellion
and at many other local golf courses under the 'out to play golf' scheme. </p>

The village of Minions with its village shop and pub is only 2 miles away
and there are many local pubs offering good home cooked meals. The market
town of Launceston and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are all
within easy reach. </p>
